Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all properties and services operated by Glow Key Media LLC, including:

1. The Eternal Glow Website & Educational Content – articles, recipes, guides, digital courses, and newsletters.

2. The Glow Key Companion – an AI-powered digital reflection and learning interface that delivers inspirational and educational responses.

3. Ema Brenda Wellness / Coaching Practice – 1-on-1 or group holistic-nutrition and lifestyle-coaching services provided by Ema Brenda Negoescu.

Collectively these are referred to as the “Services.”

Purpose of the Services

All materials and communications are created for educational and informational purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace individualized medical, psychological, or other professional care.
By using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.

Professional Status of Ema Brenda Negoescu, RHN Candidate

Ema Brenda Negoescu is a Holistic Nutritionist-in-Training (RHN Candidate) currently completing her certification in evidence-based nutrition and wellness education. Her coaching and programs operate within the educational and holistic-wellness scope of practice: guidance on lifestyle, nourishment, and general wellness principles.

Ema is currently completing her certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and continues to integrate her formal studies into her lived wellness philosophy.

She does not practice medicine, prescribe pharmaceuticals, or provide dietetic or psychological therapy as defined under California law. All information shared through her programs, website, or digital platforms is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only and should not replace individualized care from a licensed medical professional.

The Glow Key Companion (AI Platform)

The Glow Key Companion is an interactive digital tool that generates responses based on pre-programmed data and publicly available information.
Responses are automatically produced by artificial-intelligence software and may not reflect professional advice.
Users should treat all generated content as general inspiration or education only.

Reliance and Assumption of Risk

All information across the Services is provided “as is.”
Glow Key Media LLC, Ema Brenda, and affiliates make no representations or warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.
Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, designs, and brand names associated with The Eternal Glow, The Glow Key Companion, and Ema Brenda Wellness are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.
No portion may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without prior written consent from Glow Key Media LLC.

User Conduct

Users must not post or transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or disruptive.
Glow Key Media LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Key Media LLC and Ema Brenda Negoescu (RHN) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of any Services.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
